What we do
Four practices.
One team. Yours.
Most agencies sell you one of these. We run all four together, because that's how marketing actually works when you're trying to grow a business.
Practice 01
Strategy
The thinking that has to happen before anyone touches a logo, a camera, or an ad account.

Strategy is where engagements start and where they keep coming back to. Market research, competitive analysis, positioning, buyer personas, brand mapping, SWOT: the documents that turn a founder's instinct into a plan a team can execute against. We've delivered 44-page brand strategies for retail launches and lean positioning frameworks for early-stage product brands. The depth scales to the question.
What's inside
Monserrate's brand strategy established 'Portugal told in time' as a positioning territory before a logo was drawn or a product was shot. That strategic foundation is what gave the identity work coherence, and the founders the conviction to begin production.

Brand & Identity
The system that makes a business look and feel like itself, consistently, everywhere.

A brand isn't a logo. It's a visual and verbal system that holds together across a website, a storefront, a packaging run, an ad, and a founder's LinkedIn post. We build the system, and the guidelines that let your team apply it without us in the room.
What's inside
Zaka's identity: name, brand mark, visual system, and retail templates, was built from scratch and handed over as a complete guidelines document. The system gave the team enough creative infrastructure to execute independently after launch.

Content & Production
The films, photography, and creative output that make the brand visible and the campaigns work.
This is the part of the agency that actually shoots. Cinematic brand films, founder-led storytelling, product photography, social-cut reels, on-site event coverage, and the production templates that let your team scale execution after we leave. Daniel leads creative direction, Ilse leads visual identity. We don't outsource the work that defines the brand.
What's inside
Primo Holdings: a multi-brand content engine for a South African FMCG group. Cinematic product films, narrative concept work, and live event coverage built by one creative team across the group's brands. The kind of consistent portfolio most holding companies never manage to build under a single roof.

Paid Media
Ten years of Meta campaign architecture, audience strategy, and ongoing optimisation that turns content into customers.

Meta is what we do. Ten years of Facebook and Instagram campaigns across ecommerce, retail, hospitality, and B2B, through every algorithm shift, every iOS update, every Advantage+ rollout. We build full-funnel architecture: top-of-funnel awareness, mid-funnel education, bottom-of-funnel conversion. We read the numbers honestly. When attribution breaks, we say so. When a creative refresh is needed, we prescribe it. When a CPM is anomalously low or high, we explain why.
We can run Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok campaigns when an engagement calls for them (the principles travel), but we lead with where our depth is. If your growth depends on Google Ads being the centre of gravity, we'll tell you and point you to a specialist who lives there. We'd rather be the best Meta partner you ever work with than a mediocre everything-shop.
What's inside
Meat World's click-to-WhatsApp Meta architecture and weekly-specials engine grew a butchery's customer community from around 100 to over 600 active stokvel members in three months, and turned marketing activity into measurable working capital for the business.

They're a team.
The integration
Most engagements pull from two or more.
The reason most marketing partnerships disappoint is that the strategy lives in one agency, the content in another, and the media buyer is a third contractor who's never met either of them. Things get lost in the gaps.
We run all four under one roof, with one creative director, one strategist, and one team that talks to each other in the morning. That's why a Zaka engagement can move from a 44-page strategy through bilingual launch content into a full-funnel media architecture without losing the thread. And it's why a Meat World engagement can stay focused on two practices, Strategy and Paid Media, for years, because that's what the business actually needs.
The mix is built around what you need. Not what we want to sell you.
Engagement shapes
Three ways to bring us in.
Every engagement starts with a discovery call. From there, the shape is dictated by the problem, not by a fixed package.
A note on budget: most of our partnerships sit in the €1,500–€5,000/month range across retainer fees and managed ad spend combined. We're not the right fit for businesses spending under €1,000/month on marketing, at that level you need a freelancer or a self-serve tool, not a full team. We'd rather tell you that on a 30-minute call than three months into a partnership that was never going to work.
01
Project
A defined scope with a defined end. Brand strategy. A launch campaign. A film. A rebrand. Useful when you know what you need built and you need it built well, once.
Typical timeline: 3 weeks to 3 months.
Typical investment: €1,500 to €15,000+, depending on scope.
02
Retainer
An ongoing partnership across one or more practices. Weekly content, monthly media management, quarterly strategy reviews. The shape most clients settle into after a successful project, and the shape that makes integrated marketing actually possible.
Typical engagement: 6+ months, renewed annually.
Typical investment: from €1,500/month, plus managed media spend.
03
Embedded
Your team, already built. Full creative, strategic, and media operations run as if we were in-house, but at a fraction of the cost of hiring four senior people. The shape that gave us our positioning.
For founder-led businesses ready to treat marketing as core infrastructure.
Quoted bespoke based on scope and team allocation.
Where to start
A 30-minute call is the fastest way to find out if we fit.
No pitch deck. No hard sell. We listen, ask honest questions, and tell you whether we're the right team for what you're trying to do. If we're not, we'll often know who is.
